Physical Information
All students wishing to participate in Rockwall ISD Athletics in the 2026-2027 school year must have a current physical on file with our Athletic Trainers and complete all the online forms prior to participating in any athletic activity. A current physical means that the physical must have been done after March 3, 2026. If you have questions regarding physicals, please feel free to email our Head Athletic trainers at Rockwall High School or Rockwall-Heath High School.
Middle School questions: If you live north of I-30 email Cary Tyson. If you live south of I-30, email Jacob Barnett.
NOTE: The UIL requires the physical form to be signed by both the parent and student at the bottom of page one. The current UIL approved form has 2026 in the upper right-hand corner. Please check that you are using the correct form to avoid any issues.
